We are seeking a line cook who has a passion for good food, a great attitude, and mad knife skills. Our ideal candidate is attentive to detail, efficient, and reliable. A year’s experience in a professional kitchen is preferred, but we are open to training a well-practiced home cook who has the drive to grow with us!
We are also seeking people for our Front of the House Team. These team members are trained in serving and hosting and work together to create an excellent guest experience. Looking for team members who are outgoing, detail-oriented, engaged, and who love the rush of a fast-paced work day.
Our team is trained to work together to provide an excellent menu and a welcoming environment. We are deeply committed to a healthy team culture! We have a thorough training program and also offer enneagram coaching to help team members identify their strengths as well as define and pursue personal and career goals. We offer a consistent daytime schedule with all Sundays and evenings off. Perks include complimentary food and drink on shift, discounts on menu, beans, and merch, and even membership with Gemstone Climbing! Must be available to work Saturdays. Looking for team members who are passionate about excellent coffee and food and serving people.
Qualifications For All Positions
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Team player and committed to contributing to a healthy work culture
- Experience working in the coffee or restaurant industry is preferred
- Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining customer interaction
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
